Santam
No substance for refusal

I spoke to a consultant at Santam to give me a quote on Household and Car insurance. During the process he says to me that he cannot proceed due to my credit rating. I felt humiliated as I have never defaulted on payments and do actually not have a lot of credit. I then pulled my credit report and it did not show anything wrong with my credit rating, its flawless. I would like for someone to please explain to me why I am being refused insurance.
