False claim

A woman driver drove down the parking lane as i was already more than halfway out of my parking she was not looking in front of her, she was looking for parking and drove right into the back off my car.
my broker submitted a 3rd party claim, auto and general did not respond for 3 months, i then decided to contact them my self. firstly they put me trough to 5 different consultants and eventually told me that the person i should talk to is not available, 2 hours later some arrogant male from auto and general calls me back and says that there was no 3rd party claim submitted and that they are calming against me, and then tells me that i should prove that i am innocent and if i have any witnesses, my wife and brother in law was with me at macro we purchased some thing there that day, the consultant then tells me that they can not be witnesses. unfortunately for auto and general my brother in law has the slip for the purchase done on his macro account. Auto And general has the worst service and there consultants has no respect.
