UP TO 10 CALLS EVERY DAY

I have 4 loans with Bayport which are in question as i could not pay the full installment due to my husband losing his income. Explained this to them about 6 months ago. Agreed on paying R300.00 per account until i could increase it. Since then (6 months ago) I get up to 10 calls each and every day including public holidays, and after 8pm asking me what is going on with my account. I have resorted to screaming at them, but this too does not work. The calls just keep coming. They are useless, there is no follow up from one person to the next.
There has to be a law where this kind of harassment be stopped in its tracks.
