Harrasment while pay account every Day

We are being harassed daily up to 3 times a day by Bayport. Our agreed upon debit order goes off monthly but yet they want more money. Please STOP this or we will have to take legal action for harassment and speak to The Office of the Ombud for Financial Services Providers. Enough is enough!
