I refuse to settle for bad customer Service!!!

I was wondering if anyone else have received such disgusting service from Direct Axis? I applied for a small lone on Sunday morning 21-04-2013. Clearly noted on the websit is that you will have feedback within 24-48 hours. Geuss what?! No feedback to date. I have called numerous times for feedback and was apologised to and made promisses that i would receive a call back. Still nothing! I have a clear credit history and cannot see what the problem is? Working for a financial institute myself I know all about service delivery and YOU are not living up your promise. This is such a small amount .. Should have expected this ... "little people .. deserve little service"... Imagine that!!! Really not impressed.
