Dear NSFAS!
Today is 24 April 2013, I posted my previous post on 7 February 2013. Which means it's been 2 months & 17 days ago! Because of the postal strike I decided to reply only when the post office have cleared their back log. Until today we are yet to receive this statement you said would send at the end of February. No one, yet again, has made any effort to do what they said they would!
I would really appreciate it if SOMEONE, ANYONE can please email AND post a settlement of account letter to this student, stating that his account has been settled & is on a 0 balance.
