How many times must we FICA?

Its the end of the month and I need internet banking. But hey, its not available because ONCE AGAIN there's a FICA problem. This is the 4th TIME this has happened. When we first moved our Acc Manager CAME TO THE PREMISES to do the FICA. That was 2 years ago. Since then we have had to do this 3 MORE TIMES because somewhere, someone changes the status. This morning the Call Centre rep, was condescending and treated me, who had all the right in the world to be furious, like I was the bad guy but told me he would go "out of his way" to contact my manager. PLEASE!!! Out of his way??? Its HIS JOB! The fact that I can't call my manager is ridiculous! What happened to customer relations - and what good is a "Relationship Manager" if you can't contact them - and I don't even know what that is!! I am sick of call centres who forget what their job is... if they even work for the company itself! I am fed up with a Bank that continually shows inefficiency and what a great time to do it... month end! We have two business accounts with two banks and have had NO problems with the other!
