Great Service / Policy Advise

To whom it may concern:

I called budget insurance on 23/04/2013 to add and remove a cellphone on my policy.

I was happily assisted in that regard and thereafter i enquired about a possible reduction on my monthly premiums. I was transferred through to retentions department where a Gentleman by the name of Graig enthusiastically greeted me.

His level of service and knowledge of the product is something i had not experienced before in the many years i have been insured with Telesure.

The gentle approach and realistic manner in which he advised me in regards to my policy review in the next few month was immaculate, and for that i would like to THANK HIM, as i believe service like that should not go unnoticed.

Keep the great service up Graig and hope this rubs off on to the rest of the Telesure TEAM.
