I want all the money back

This company call direct financial loans people please be aware. They are taking money from my bank account without my permission. When I called last year November I spoke to some Zama just to query on how this loan works, he was explaining to me. Then when he got to the point I have to pay some Para-legal for r350 so I questioned him what was that for my airtime ran out. He or she submitted an application on my behalf without finishing the conversation or calling me back to finish the call. I spoke to Walter at customer service she said that I needed to fax my payslip and bank statements I was on maternity leave I didn't want the loan because I wasn't receiving my full salary. I just found out 2 weeks ago that someone has been taking out r99 from my account through net cash.Net cash gave me information on who has been taking out from my account. I then called Walter again she said I took out some life style cover. How the dam can I take a cover when I didn't finish the call with Zama. I didn't receive any email or notification that I have a life style whatever with them. I want all the money that they have been taking out of my dam bank account before I take this up furthe
