Outsurance Paying you R400 if they cannot beat

Well - just spend almost 20 minutes on the phone now to Outsurance. They quoted me almost DOUBLE what I'm paying for car insurance now.
Will I ever see the R400? I doubt it... do not waste your time calling them.
