No closure of cheque account

Good day

Standard bank Table view is about to be taken to court if my home loan application gets declined as this cheque account has been closed last year and I have signed the documents supporting this matter. The stupid consultant that helped me didn't close it as I just called them and was told it is still active. Thus being the fact that I got called from the their attorneys which the account has been handed over. THIS IS ONE OF THE REASONS WHY I SWITCHED TO FNB. I want this sorted immediately!!
