I had motor accident on Friday the 19th of April and my car was not driveable . i spoke to a lady to activate my car hire option she told me i would be contacted on Saturday (which never happened) or Monday the 22nd. i have been calling indwe from 8'oclok in the morning it is now 13:00 and all i get is a message telling me that they are experiencing high call volumes . i spoke to a lady by the name of Tinswalo who told me that their lines are down.. i had to spend the whole weekend without a car and was hoping everything would be sorted out by now, i am unable to go about my daily life without a car. i have never in my life experienced such bad service. it sadness me to know that indwe doesn't car about its customers, the only thing they care about is the premiums that they take from me. i regret the day i took them up as my insurer. This is very unprofessional. I'm sure my phone bill is sky high from holding. i must take my child to and from Creche and this has made it impossible to do so. Think that i referred some of my friends join because I thought they were good at what they do, I'm definitely telling my friends to cancel their membership with indwe.they are incompetent..
