After my initial complaint, the agent who finally phoned me, to ask me questions already answered in my online application no less, said to expect a call back later that day or the following day. This was Thursday last week. Exactly two weeks and a day, and again no call back.
Yet again I am unimpressed by their lucky of customer service.
