What is taking so long?

My house was hit by lightening close to the end of March 2013 and I put in my claim. I was then told by KP that my claim has been rejected due to the fact that I to them when taking out my policy. Firstly, I was never asked to say yes or no, however, I gave details regarding the question asked and it ended in the affirmative. But the lady who took down my details loaded it as a NO. I never checked my policy details to ensure that the information was correct, because, being the trusting citizen I am, I believed she was capable of doing her job correctly. Secondly, why would I give my consent to have a credit check done, knowing something will come up, and then about the previous question??? I was then told that due to this fact, THAT I, they are not paying out. I think this is a cheap trick of King Price to avoid paying out, but now I am not only sitting without my goods, for almost a month now, but I have been called a and my integrity has been insulted. I was further promised a call back from Jean de Kok on Wednesday, but I ended up calling HIM and was told that their meeting was moved to Friday. He was to call me back by 9am this morn. I'm still waiting
