Feedback seems to be a problem with these guys!!!

I cant say that I'm surprised because I knew i would be let down once again.

A few of your people tried to restore my faith and I must be honest, it worked for a couple of days and then we were back to no feedback, me being labelled a (AGAIN) by your panelbeaters or whoever was responsible the day my car was supposed to be collected.

I have been very patient and fair with you guys but you have made me very unhappy.

I never went away during Easter because i had 2 cars with me, a courtesy car and my car that was not collected as discussed, I had to actually stay home till the entire Easter was over because of you guys and when I tried calling you and leaving messages, no one was available and no one called back.

I know of someone else using you guys and he is suffering the same fate as I where his car also keeps going back to the shop.

So it is true that I will have endless problems with this car.

Out of all the 8 instructions i have given your people for my car, I hope it returns with all those faults fixed and properly too including that "horn" that does not belong to me, as to who said replace it, I don't know!

But knowing you guys, I wont hold my breath!
