Wrong billing for third month running

I bought a new car in January of this year and had it insured with PAYD. The car was clearly a dudd and the dealership agreed to provide me with a new car, and i returned the first car. the necessary arrangements were made with both tracker and hollard by both myself and the car dealership. when my statements arrived showing I had not driven my car I realised that hollard had not yet done the switch from the dudd car to my car (even though it was apparently on the system as a note to be done), I phoned and this was supposedly rectified, I was promised updated correct statements for February and March (I'm still waiting)..I was again disappointed to see my April statement is wrong. while I dont mind clocking up the kilomenters in my savings and paying less for supposedly not driving anywhere, I know this is wrong and would prefer to have my policy corrected and the assurance that the correct car is covered by the insurance policy. since following the normal routes of trying to get this resolved have led nowhere am at my wits end, please can this be resolved?
