Internal processes aftering our accounts

I settled my account on the 19th of March 2013 to date (26th) the funds havent been allocated. Payroll dedicates monthly installments via my salary which if my account was settled in time it should reflect a credit balance after the 20th of R1600 but even the R1600 was not credited to my account due to politics between personal loans and payroll something about their payments not balancing. my payment is due on the 25th and now i'm in arrears. i need my payments credited with the settlement and the installment so that i can get the refund for my installment. when i called collections payroll they cant even give me a turn around time. this is totally Frustrating.
