Recently I had a call from one of the "call center outfits"... mmm.
Most times the call center people are annoying and I do not entertain them at all. Well this lady, Qurshida, was friendly and told me why I should consider a Tracker "Even if you have insurance sir, that would not help you or your family if there is a hijacking, they won't help you to look for your loved ones. Tracker would send their people in helicopters and cars - this will help your family" is what she said when I objected.
Long story short, 15 minutes and I had the R99.00 pm special. Done and dusted. Fitment appointment booked, the works.
Last week Friday the fitment center fitted it in 45 minutes as promised. Everything went well and then I even had a follow up call from Talksure SA to see if I was happy.
That is great service and they deserve some credit and mention.
