Prosperitas Debt Collection
No knowledge of the national credit act or cpa

Got a phone call this morning from a Tracey from Prosperitas, a debt collecting company for a certain Dr M Kruger which I have never seen in my life. This Tracey threatened me with legal action should I not pay the account. After explaining to her that I did not sign any agreement with this doctor and that I cannot be held liable for this account she still threatened me. I am sure that debt collecting agencies should get training that pertains to consumer rights (CPA) and regulations to be followed with regards to the NCA. Please train your people, if I did not sign any agreements with a service provider I am not responsible for a service that someone else abused.
