Incorrect amount paid into account

On the 04 April 2013 I applied for a consolidation loan from Nedbank of R31000 to settle the current loan which I had with them. The settlement amount given to me by the branch in fox Street JHG CBD where I signed the contract was R26431.80 and the amount that was to be paid into my account was R4568.20 as per the contract I singed. I was surprised when Nedbank paid R4407.16 instead of R4568.20 as stipulated on the contract and immediately phoned customer care to query it. I was told by the consultant who assisted me that the branch might have given me the incorrect settlement amount. I am therefore requesting you to kindly pay the balance of R161.04 into my bank account
