FAIL TO COMPLY WITH REQUEST FOR POLICY

I requested a copy of my policy as a home owner, I have the bond with ABSA. After about three months I have not been able to get a copy from ABSA.
I have been found medically unfit for work and want to know if I am covered. This is really poor sevice, or of no concern to me.
