Service still hasnt improved

Good day .in the past i have mentioned that something need to be done re the advisors that dont return calls or give feedback .this i have mentioned many times and it seems nothing has been done re this and im realyy getting tired of mentioning this .something needs to be done about this .i called in to query something and was put thru to tumi in claims dep .i explained to her the situation and ask her for assistance .she was suppose to send me her details on thursday already and has not nothered in doing this or calling me .had to call back the next day in order fot some1 else to assist me .a lady called me but there was no solution so her calling me was actually atime waisting as tumi could have called me to answer my questions .once again outsurance has not improved their service ..your promises to coorect these issues have failed once again ..0826976720..ot9330133..calling me wont solve this problem so please domt contact me as i have mentiones this many times in the past where advisors simply dont care
