OVERCHARGING

During December 2012 I bought items worth about R32 000 from Coricraft with my RCS Credit Card. It was taken over 36 Months at an interest rate of 21%. The monthly payments is suppose to be about R1, 206 p.m.. When I received my first statement it showed that my Monthly Instalment is R1, 517 p.m. From there onwards, my Monthly instalments is always around this amount. If I work it out on my calculator, this means that they're currently charging me interest of about 38% when the contract stipulates it to be only 21%.

I've been trying now for 4 Months to fix this, but nobody is helping me.

PLEASE HELP!!!
