Will comeback... hello when

I have my house and contents at Outsurance, after I got my cell phone damage they do not to accist because it happend outside the house, then I decided to specifide all my moveble items and spesifide it, but to my shot is the amount to insure it, for R44000 moveble items I must pay over R600 rand when the call centre phone me the person said he will come back after 5 days nothing zilts... look out outsurance is a big... they catch you...
