Empty Promises

I am very disappointed that I was not properly advised when it came to the courtesy car package. I have been hurt on my left leg that I couldn't drive I spoke to tshepo to see if I could wait&take the car once was ready, I was assured it can be done. its been a month now&im better, I called tshepo to arrange the courtesy car, I spoke to her telephonically&even dropped an email on wednesday&she took almost 2days to come back to me with an answer that it cant be done as all has been settled. of what use would It have been had I taken a car I couldn't drive. in future explain every little detail to your clients&make it clear on policy because now I have been paying for a courtesy car that I would never drive. I'm now stranded&not happy.
