Worst service in 12 months time

My car was taken for repairs today, on the last minute the hiring company said they could only supply a car tommorow at 4. What am I suppose to do till then. This is part of my policy. I have made at least 20 phone calls trying to sort this out. Leaving messages. This is terrible service.
