Rude service even before you start banking

I opened a savings account electronically. Promptly received notification that the account was opened. However, they use the most rude courier service you can imagine. The courier service has phoned me 3 to 4 times a day for 3 days now. Every time I answer the phone, they put the phone down and send me an sms I must call them. Then I must hold on and the music is so loud I have to keep the phone 30 cm away from my ear. I have cancelled the account even before starting to do business with FNB. If you associate yourself with such a rude, pathetic service provider, I can just imagine how poor the bank's service will be.
