I have never in all my years with a bank, had as much trouble as with Nedbank lately. From Deleting my profile when I closed my cheque account, to not being able to access my statement. Then a Greenbacks reward mix up that took almost 3 mths to sort out, now to upgrade problems. After the bank approaching me as a 'valuable client' to upgrade, it was declined and only after I phone AGAIN am I informed it is because my monthly SCHEDULED PAYMENT was R30 short of the minimum payment due. Had I know that I would have easily payed the whopping, astronomical amount of R30. Now due to my account being in arrears of R30 I can not access my greenbacks and will not be eligable for any benefits, upgrades etc for a period of... Wait for it, 6 months
