ATM DEPOSIT

Please just tell me where is my money, i did a deposit for my Credit Card at Ebony Park ATM, it was on Sunday in the afternoon and even got a receipts from ATM showing that my money went through, then on the 02 April 2013 i received a call saying i did not pay my account for March, then i told them and i even sent the copy of the receipt, on the 10 April 2013 i received a statement with the outstanding payment.

All i want to know is that, how offen do Nedbank check their ATM? Nedbank Ebony park is useless, everytime you go there is either they tell you to go to Midrand Branch or call the call centre, i always pay my credit card on the ATM but this is the first thing happened to me, before i cancel all my accounts with Nedbank, please just tell me where is my money or call me at 073 255 2243.
