I recently resigned from my previous comp, I filled in the AForbes withdrawal form correctly, however my exHR mispelt my surname on the online form, I was requested by Aforbes call centre to send thru a copy of my ID and bank statement (they never clarified which bank it should be from) this according to my knowledge and understanding was to verify my surname which was the query and nothing else. I sent thru my statement from a different bank than on the withdrawal form ID copy with the impression given by cc agent that due to my surname payment has been delayed. I called in again and was told payment was made but not to the account number provided on the withdrawal form, but to the bank statements acc no. I gave no one authorisation to change my banking details, not verbally or written and yet the fund admin used the incorrect bank acc details without authorisation from me, when confirmed by both Sumaya Federicks and call centre that there is a process when a client needs to follow when requesting bank details to be changed. i now have to run around leave my job to solve a problem caused by AForbes incompetency and staff with lack of info on company procedures. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!
