King Price Insurance
SICK AND TIRED AND ANNOYED!!!

King Price's rates are low, but the service is VERY POOR! Someone hit my car on the back bumper on 29 January, but to this date I am still waiting for the panel beater to call me in so they can replace my bumper! I called King Price on 2 April and expressed my disappointment on the supplier chosen to fix my car. All I get is promises, and empty promises!!! I am grateful that I refused to rate the sales consultant after joining King Price! At least I was sensible enough to wait for an incident to happen to see how that side of supplier would satisfy me. Right now, I am so annoyed, while I continue paying. I mean, how do you find another insurer who will have to assess a damaged car. I just wish we were still in the days when people would earn their money, rather than it from others!!! King Price, please practice what you preach. It isn't only about low rates, but the service has to excel!
