PATHETIC SERVICE!!!

I have never in my life received such bad services as I have from standard bank!!! Unfortunately I had a loan with them, was phoned (on the right number) in Dec/Jan and told my last installment will be end of feb 2013. This I paid and was therefore under the impression my account was up to date. Today I get a call that I have been handed over??? Phone them and had some rude guy tell me I am in arrear and must pay when I asked why no one informed me and why they told me my last installment was in Feb I was told it was wrong and my phone number on the system is wrong?? How the do these people even get employed to deal with someone when no one knows what the is going on!!! How can you tell me one thing one month and another thing months later? Does no one know what is going on???
