FNB HAS BEEN ALWAYS HIGHLY RETAED FOR BEST SERVICE AND I DECIDED TO MOVE FROM NEDBANK TO FNB.HAVE A CHQ ACCOUNT, SAVINGS ACCOUNT AND HAD PLANNED TO OPEN MORE ACCOUNTS. I APPLIED ON LINE FOR A SMART PHONE (Z10) BEGENNING MARCH AND HAVE NOT RECEVIED FEEDBACK.SALARY IS PAID INTO CHQ ACC AND DEBIT ORDERS.I CALLED MORE THAN 3 TIMES AND WAS TOLD THAT THE MATTER WILL BE ESCALATED ON THOSE THREE OCCASSIONS BUT NO FEEDBACK. WITH THIS TIME OF SERVICE I WILL MOVE BACK TO NEDBANK
