I applied for a consolidation loan on 3 of jan i complete all the documents and forward it to the address supplied. on the return email they say i would have heard from them within 48 hrs. on 29 jan i followed up with my prestige banker he said to me that my application is in final stages and that they (the branch) should receive the paperwork soon and the contract could be sign. on11 of febr i recieved a phone from a garth de waal requesting my bank statements from absa to show my other income, this documentation was also forward. on 13 febr i again followed up with my prestige banker she told me to be patient as there is high volumes to be worked though. on 5 mar i followed up again and on the 11 of mar i resubmit my application again based on an email i received. today 9 apr when i followed up i was informed that my application is at the capturing department and there is documents missing i asked what and she said 3 months pay slip. i was suprised as noboby ever contacted me to request the additional payslips as there was pay slips in my original application. i tried to avoid a sittuation where my debit orders would rejected that is why i tried to avoid. this is past the 48hrs
