Incorrect advertising ----R400

I went onlineto get a comparison quote for the R400 thing as advertised on TV. Was contacted promptly by a lady who assisted me, she did the quote and came out at a monthly premium of R1600.00. This in fact was a LOT more than Absa Idirect whom I currently have cover with for a monthly premium of R1500. Nothing was mentioned about the R400 back.

If you cannot honour this why then advertise as such just to lure people into getting quotes from you. I do not see you guys bending backwards for your prospective customers at all.
