I wanted to change the cell number the OTP pin is sent to. I called the online assistance and I got an agent that told me that I have to go to an FNB Branch to have that changed. I've been to the branch several times and I haven't gotten any assistance. I'm at the service or the non-service I keep getting from FNB. It's not the first time I experience this. It's appalling.
