Life cover converted to accident without my conce

Hi Team
I purchased life covers for my parents and was made aware that I can only be the Payer but they decide beneficiaries themselves, which I was happy with.

Later I picked up my Dad purchase was correct but my mom was converted to a accident cover without my knowledge as the person who purchased the package initially. They too the same instalment for the same quotation as the life cover, which was the sneaky move as I was under the impression I am contributing to a life cover

They said they spoke to my mother and told her, who oviously was clueless and manipulated to agreeing, although she was offered the wrong service.

I requeste our agreement be cancelled and I be refunded all my premiums but was not paid back 2 years later. (Supplier name changed from Dial Direct Insurance to 1Life by Hellopeter.com)
