Not coming back to me after more than a month

More than a month ago i got a call from Liberty in saying they need to transfer some off my money off my provident fund to another account. I Forgot that i had this provident funs at the company i worked for. I was verry happy about the call and immidiatley got everything together for the Michelle lady that contacted me and forward it to her on the monday morning i allso requested for the money to be paid into my savings account. Since then i heard nothing back, i had to contact and send mails to her the whole time and she never got back to my mails and when i phone her she said it's still in process. A weeks ago i phoned her and she said that their was something wrong but they fixed it and they will put it back in for authorization, still no word untill today its been since 1/3/2013 that i had the first call and today is the 7/4/2013 and still no word? She will let me know... Please can somebody assist me in getting my money please???
