I am totally disappointed with the services I received in regards to increasing my limit. I feel as a new client I was supposed to be advised to what where my actions. I requested a limit on my credit card and now before I could even use it I will have to wait 6months till I can increase this. I am totally disgusted with this services and the lack of information given to me as a new client. I want my limit increased with immediate effect.
