You cannot just take money from my account

And here we are yet again. ABSA just debiting my account without explanation. It has come to where when i log onto Internet banking I wonder what surprise lay in store for me. Today i logged on only to find two foreign amounts debited: R29.95 "admin charge" - like??? I am on the Platinum Package so how can this be? AND then R57.00 "OD Ledger Fee" - both charges bear the description CBP Capitalisation - now what the does that mean to the man on street and moreover, you cannot just debit my account for no good reason. You done this to me last month with R56 odd and you ended up paying it back to me. What the is going on with you people? I demand an explanation and if it is not good enough I will go back to Standard bank because over there you do not have to sleep with one eye open. THEN: on my Revolving loan every month you debit a straight R1000 - this month you debited R1057 WITHOUT ANY NOTICE OR LETTING ME KNOW WHY!!! What the? Like no!
