I was referred by Brian Day P/Beaters to your Point Rodad branch only to be met with two very friendly and efficient staff members named Josephine at Reception and Raj who immediately assisted me in lodging my claim and to my total surprise exceeded my expectations as my vehicle was registered with Neesha telephonically in La Lucia and squeezed in for a prompt and yet another effecient service delivery of the vehicle being assessed instead of waiting in order that my experience in claiming was expedited, no doubt as a result i will remain loyal to Auto and General and i will be moving my wife's Polo to this insurance company as well... thank you so much, your service exceeds all other competitors.
