NATIS and settlement letter documents not issued

I sent a request to Cindy Gillman more than a week ago about my Natis and settlement letter for my vehicle but till today i haven't received anything. I sold my car and need to forward these documents to the buyer but STD Bank is delaying me with the documents. When the buyer took upon herself to call her and request the docs only then did she say that I must forward a letter and my ID that was sent through but still no one has contacted me about the documents. Can someone please investigate and come back to me as this has been dragging for long now and i need those documents my buyer needs to forward them to her bank.
