Spam calls from 0878081300. Unacceptable! I know you are working on the "issue" with your dialing system, but here's a tip: unplug the machine from the wall socket.

To save you time, I added your standard computer generated response to the bottom of this complaint (copied from other cases).

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.

We were extremely concerned when we received your complaint that we might have incurred a major problem on our dialling system. We immediately investigated the matter and found that the dialler contacted your number on 6 occasions - which is the number of attempts it is set to if a call is not answered. We still await a technical report from our service provider which will be scrutinised by our management team and that can give us more insight into the calls you received.

Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.

We assure you however that your name and number has been removed from our contact list and we will not contact you again.
