Illegal and unauthorized billing

Yambu.. Never even heard of this company until they suddenly appeared on my banking statements. Being so busy planning a wedding I did n even realize that they were debting me, I assumed it was part of my wedding plans. after my wedding however i realized that I money was being deducted which was not authorized. Immediately I contacted the banks and tracked it back to Yambu. Contacting Yambu they even confirmed via telephone that the account that was linked to my banking details was not mine.
I received an email from a "yambu email" saying that I must send my banking details and my ID so that they can reverse the transaction.
Firstly I am not giving my banking details and a copy of my ID to no company that I know nothing about. Secondly how can you debt an account that you have not verified? for a supposed to be legal company that is rather ridiculous!
the email i received from yambu did not even have a company signature nor contact details. how do i send private details to such a business.

Yambu will most likely now say we'll look into it, we sorry, we'll try sort it out, yet they will do NOTHING and continue with this illegal debting.
how would they like it if i took their money
