Mr Verlin Pillay, since I submitted my top-up documents you required on the 22 February but I've never heard anything from you yet. Sent you emails but you don't bother responding to any of them. That's a great customer service Sir!!!
Can you at least update me how far are you with this??? I need this account closed ASAP. Is it that hard to just pick up phone and call me or send me an email??? Gees you're NOT DOING ME A FAVOR HERE!!! IT'S YOUR JOB TO UPDATE ME WITH THIS!!!
