STRUGGLING TO GET MY REFUND

Precious phoned me on20/03/2013 telling me I can get another loan because my loans final payment of R1118 wil be deducted on 25/03/2013. I told them I don't want another loan. But on 22/03/2013 another lady phone also telling me I can get another loan. On 25/03/2013 R1448 was deducted from my account instead of R1118.
I phoned Precious about a refund she took my email adress and said she will email me the documents. After 2 day no documents so I phoned again. Then all of the sudden I cannot get the documents I need to go to the branch. I phoned the head office and spoke to Micheal who would phone me back and also nothing
