Outsurance
False marketing, and more

I phoned Outsurance for a quote and spoke to Christo his dob just happens to be the same as mine. 860826, if that is even true. So he did the quote the exact same way I am currently ensured with a&g and their best price was nearly R500 more a month. So he apologized that he could not give me a better quote and it was left there. A week later I received a follow up call from another gentlemen, unfortunately I don't recall his name enquiring about the level of service. I did notify him that service was excellent but that Outsurance to attract clients. He said he was utterly disgusted that christo did not send me the link and told me I can't rate Outsurance on 1 persons mistakes. Which is true. So he promised to send me the link at the end of our phone call. I did not receive it. Two weeks or do later christo phones me again and wants to sell me life cover or something, REALLY??? I once again spoke about the false marketing and christo said he would email me the link. I am not the first person to complain about Outsurance lying about the R400. And it's not about the money, it's about principal. Due to their I don't want anything to do with them, ever.
