I have been trying to add a vehicle to my existing policy on several occasions without sucsess. If I call the 086 number and select option 1 being a new customer a consultant answers instantly, but transfer you immediatly upon hearing you are an existing customer and no one answers you are left on hold. When selecting option 2 being an existing customer you will be put on hold indefinitly. This send out one message Absa Idirect only cares about getting new customers, but do not want fo help existing customers. Could an Absa Idirect consultant please contact me and advise me how go go aboht cancelling my policy please I will be taking my business elsewhere.
