Stuck in Harrismith - fnb no help

I was driving from Jhb to Dbn and didn't see an object in the road and it bent my 2 rims and there is some leakage from under my car. I called roadside assiatnce who sent someone to tow the car and told me to call claims in the morning. I have done that and noone can tell me how much it will cost to get my car repaired or how long it will take. I am stuck in harrismith with a 6 week old baby and am now forced to pay for additional accomodation becuase noone in the call centre can tell me if I can get courtesy car. I have called 6 times and not one person who have said they would call be back has. I am using my phone to write this report as I don't know what to do.
