Further bond facility aplication

I am very frustrated and very disturb by the attitude of the bank admin for not giving feed back when it is necessary i have applied for further bond facility in march and they gave me reference 4895341534151245 i have called the bank more than 5 times they keep on saying they are escalating it since the beginning of march today i called again the guy i spoke to, he said he is escalating it again.

THE FEED BACK IS SO IMPORTANT DO NOT KEEP ME IN THE LOOP IT IS EITHER YES OR NO!
